Second Hexclave track win. We built SwiperNoSwiping and sold it to six other people at the hackathon, again within three hours.

Six strangers paying for a Chrome extension that makes it harder to buy things is a better signal than any judging rubric. The demo was the sales call: install it, try to buy something, fail to justify it.

Won the Hexclave track by building the entire answer-engine-optimization agent and selling it to one of the hackathon’s own sponsors within three hours.

The pitch was not a deck. It was a working tool that ran the sponsor’s category through an answer engine, showed them which sources it actually cited, and opened a pull request against their repo. Building the thing and finding a buyer for it turned out to be the same activity.

Solo entry. A fully automated web development agency pipeline: classify local businesses worth rebuilding, scrape and score their sites, generate a modern landing page, and draft the outreach email.
